Private Pilates & Movement Sessions

Private sessions are the fastest way to progress in Pilates & Restorative Movement. A certified Pilates instructor and/or movement educator will work one-on-one with you to help teach you the fundamental movement theory, pilates, restorative movement and athletic conditioning on the mat and on the full range of equipment, including the Reformer, Cadillac, chair and ladder barrel. The trainer will adjust the intensity of the work to the level appropriate for you. Privates are 55 minutes long.  This is the best way to get a program started or to get that boost to the next level.

You can purchase an Intro to Privates Package consisting of 5 Private Pilates sessions for $225. This special rate is available one-time for those students who are new to the studio

You can also purchase a  Smart Start Package which consists of 5 Private Pilates Sessions and 10 Group Class Credits for $275. Available one-time for students who are new to the studio

Private Martial Arts Sessions

Private martial arts sessions will provide you with exactly what you need to get in shape, gain confidence, and learn self-defense. By learning tactics, from basic to advanced, you can feel more assured of your own personal security knowing you have the skills needed to defend yourself if ever needed. By also improving your health and strength through our lessons, you will experience a better sense of self and overall fitness.

Private lesson will accelerate your progress and take your training to the next level!

Students that are already in a group class but want that extra help can sign up for a private lesson. This is great for preparing for testing, catching up from vacation, tournament preparation or if you’re just in need of individualized attention to hone your skills.

Personalized Training Sessions

Our programs integrate the most effective techniques. We use martial arts, and balance exercises with Pilates, and yoga-based elements, superior athletic cross-training techniques, and cardiovascular training. Our unique facility will keep you enthusiastic about your workouts while our trainers keep it efficient, effective, and safe. You will learn all of these techniques and how to bring them all together for a total body and mind learning experience.
